Robert J. Mr. Finlay is the Managing Partner of Hillcrest Management, LLC, (www.hillcm.com), a Milford-NH based private investment company, with a portfolio of companies characterized by innovation, forward-thinking and profitability in the fields of real estate, finance, management and technology. Mr. Finlay is also an accomplished race car driver (www.finlaymotorsports.com), and an avid pilot. Mr. Finlay resides in Peterborough, NH with his wife Karin and their four children. Together, Mr. and Mrs. Finlay lead the Finlay Foundation, a non-profit devoted to improving the quality of life for Granite State residents by assisting children and families in need and promoting an array of forward-thinking cultural and educational initiatives.

Michael DeBlasi worked in the television broadcasting industry for nearly fifteen years. Experienced and highly regarded as a sports reporter, sports anchor, news anchor and talk show host, Mr. DeBlasi earned numerous accolades and awards for his work. During his broadcasting career, Mr. DeBlasi reported from a wide array of notable events including; the Super Bowl, World Series, Ryder Cup, NCAA Championships and various stops along the Presidential campaign trail. Born in Philadelphia, PA and a graduate of Villanova University, Mr. DeBlasi resides in Manchester, NH with his wife Carrie.
David Lazar, Editor
David Lazar is a media professional with 10 years of experience as a newspaper reporter and communications specialist. Prior to The NH Troubadour, Mr. Lazar was a speech and publications writer for the National Endowment for the Humanities and the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services in Washington, D.C. A journalist by training, Mr. Lazar spent seven years as a reporter both in southern Appalachia and with the New Hampshire Union Leader. He is a graduate of George Washington University and resides in Manchester, NH.
